Frequently Asked Questions

Can’t find your answer? Contact us.

What materials do I need to start?
You can begin with sealing wax pellets, a metal spoon or glue gun, a heat-safe mat, and one 25–30mm stamp head. Optional: ice pack for stamp cooling, tweezers, and pigment flakes.
How long do I have access to a course?
Courses include ongoing access unless otherwise stated on the product page. If we retire a course, we’ll provide notice and suggested alternatives.
I’m new—where should I start?
Start with Wax Seal Foundations, then Clean Edges Lab. Move to Color Theory and Marbling Masterclass when you’re comfortable with pour control.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction review for eligible courses if the content doesn’t match the description and less than 25% is completed. Contact [email protected].
What are community sprints?
Short, theme-based challenges with feedback checkpoints. Submit progress, learn from peers, and ship a final piece.
Can I use a glue gun instead of a spoon?
Yes. Our Hot Glue Alternatives & Safety class covers best practices for precise, low-mess results with glue guns.
Will these courses help my small business?
Many learners use seals for packaging and stationery. Try Small Business Packaging with Seals and Seal Photography for brand-ready output. We don’t make financial guarantees.
Do you issue certificates?
We provide completion badges for select tracks. Certificates are for personal achievement and do not represent formal accreditation.
Is wax sealing safe?
Use heat-safe mats, maintain ventilation, and keep tools away from flammables. Our Studio Safety Essentials course covers best practices.
